Every year millions of users create accounts on different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter etc. If use it wisely, it helps in catching more customers across the globe and if not it will adversely affect business. The world of social media was initially dominated by marketers but now a days, HR recruiters are also gaining benefits of it in recruiting candidates.

Social media recruitment is emerging as a new platform for recruiters to hire the best talent for their organizations.
